Brittanie keeps the moving parts of each loan organized from application through closing. She works with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, and other parties to make sure documents are collected, conditions are addressed, and deadlines are not missed.
Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but it has a direct impact on the client's experience. Brittanie is often the person catching a missing item before it becomes a problem, following up on a time-sensitive request, or making sure everyone knows what is needed next.
She brings patience, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of real estate transactions to every file she handles.
