This Privacy Policy explains how Nonstop Mortgage, Inc. (“Nonstop Mortgage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our Website, contact us, apply for a loan, or receive marketing from us.

If you apply for a mortgage, you will also receive our privacy notice under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). If that notice and this policy differ about information collected for your loan, the GLBA notice controls (see Section 6).

Our services are intended for people in the United States.

2) Information We Collect

  • Property address and property details
  • Employment, income, asset, and debt information
  • Loan and mortgage information
  • Documents you upload or send us
  • Anything else you include in forms, messages, or calls

B. Information collected automatically on the Website

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and the website that referred you
  • Approximate location based on your IP address
  • If you submit our loan request form, the marketing codes in the link that brought you to the Website (for example, UTM tags or ad click IDs)

We will add you to our internal do-not-contact list within 10 business days. We keep your name and contact details on that list so we can keep you out of future marketing. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a loan you have applied for or have with us.

6) Loan Applicants and Clients (GLBA)

Nonstop Mortgage is a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. If you apply for a loan, we give you our GLBA privacy notice. It explains how we collect, share, and protect your nonpublic personal financial information and any choices you have. If that notice and this policy differ about your loan information, the GLBA notice controls.

7) Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track

We measure Website traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not let other companies use our Website to collect information about your activity across other websites. Because we do not track visitors across websites, the Website works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

8) Data Security

We maintain an information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email is not always secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive information by regular email. Ask your loan officer for a secure way to send documents.
